Our client is a Gold Coast based organisation committed to providing excellence within the construction industry, offering a superior standard of services to their customers. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. With calculated growth and a long-term strategy in place, they require an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.

**Your new role**

This role encompasses a variety of tasks across Accounts Receivable, creating a dynamic working environment. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Updating the database
- Receipting and allocating customer payments
- Collate dockets and generate invoices
- General administrative duties
- Full-function Accounts Receivables
- Managing a medium-sized Accounts Receivables team
- Manage Debtors ledger and end of month duties
- Collections and allocations
- Maintaining petty cash and daily banking
- Control of overdue payments and ageing analysis

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within an Accounts Receivable role, in a high volume environment. You will also require the following:

- Demonstrated management experience in a large, multi-entity organisation
- Experience in debt collection and calling customers to resolve unpaid invoices
- Dealing with account queries from customers and account managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own team
