**The role**

Experienced Product Training professional. Provides training to internal and external customers on a variety of product components/platforms. Responsible for updating training as necessary and providing input to enhance Product Training performance.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain training modules for all the products that Aritech develop and sell
- Develop training base on agreed schedules
- Develop and maintain all manuals, technical bulletins, user Help in software and any necessary supporting documentation. Maintain a common look and feel across the user documentation range.

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:

- Cert IV in training and Assessment
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Technical knowledge of and experience in development of technical material
- 5+ years in a similar role
