Job Role:

Seeking an experienced professional to lead training initiatives, providing technical support and developing programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • At least 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, customer orientation, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convince and educate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from staff and customers
  • Determine the root cause of product faults, compliance issues, installation faults, and product defects
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory representatives and power authorities
  • Conduct critical reviews of warranty claims and collaborate with market managers to resolve sales risks
  • Develop and implement onboarding training plans for new sales staff and create effective training tools
  • Collaborate with market managers and product specialists to develop comprehensive training solutions
  • Utilize CRM systems to document customer-related technical or product issues
  • Build and maintain a technical knowledge database
