Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Science, Engineering and Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging technical employees and developing better technical capabilities by facilitating the enablement of employees with current and future skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise between multiple stakeholders across the organisation to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with managers, internal employees and external partners and vendors to coordinate training opportunities.
- Promote, publicise and coordinate technical events such as talks by external partners and vendor, global virtual conferences, local face-to-face conferences and forums.
- Report on analyses of the Program and project training needs;
- Maintain a training database, and provide regular reporting on the training /competency status of employees across the company;
- Identify and liaise with suitable external training providers, and monitor the effectiveness of external training courses;
- Use feedback from participants to continuously improve training opportunities
- Adopt a systematic approach to improve existing processes through business intelligence and designing new systems.

Requirements

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and promote technical events and training opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Experience in maintaining databases and providing regular reporting is desirable.
