**Call Centre role - Telephone Inbound & Outbound COLLECTIONS OFFICERS**

Commercial Credit Services is a professional debt collection agency that provides debt recovery services across Australia and New Zealand, we have multiple opportunities available in our call centre in Mulgrave (South-eastern Suburbs of Melbourne).

We pay a competitive hourly rate including evening shift allowances when working late. Our team is seeking new recruits who are great negotiators, empathetic, enjoy problem solving, confident at asking the questions that matter and love helping people.

**We are seeking, motivated, friendly, and positive applicants who can commit too**:

- At least 12-18 months+ in this role
- At least 3 shifts per week (Monday to Friday)
- Available to work 20+ Hours Per Week across our morning, day, and evening shifts.
- Ability to work, day or evening shifts that finish at 8:30pm
- Roles are initially Casual based, with opportunity to move into permanent Full & Part Time roles are available for high achieving consultants.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.96 - $34.76 per hour
