**Job Description**:

- The position of inside sales will be required to establish and maintain 3M customer relationships including driving sales growth through video & telephone connect, handling customer questions (inbound calls) and Up & Cross selling strategically aligned with Co growth strategy. Utilizing detailed product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers and assist them in identifying products to meet their needs. Meet monthly set goals through sales forecast, customer interactions, and data gathering & mining. Teaming with territory reps and regional sales manager to meet forecast as well as gain customer insight and uncover potential sales opportunities.- Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve forecast attainment
- Attain set outbound/Inbound call activity
- Record all required data into data management systems
- Manage identified call activities
- Develop and maintain relationship with customer base.
- Act as product and procedure advisor via video connect ,telephone, mailing, seminars/shows etc.
- Continued personal growth through career planning and training
- Requirements:
- Dental background is preferred to understand customer's needs ,dental process & predict customer's next behaviors
- Connect capability by video, telephone making customer interested in 3M solution
- Strategic & data-driven thinking to deal with challenge & set forth optimal alternatives
- Proactive & agile response to customer needs & request
- Show examples of being continuous learner
- Positive thinker/High emotional intelligence (social competence) and ability to work in a team
- High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
- Metrics:
- YTD Sales attainment
- Video connect /Out-In bound call/SalesForce activity (10+ per day considering guarantee leave, Internal meeting & Paper work)
- Opportunity pipeline management
- Strategic activities to Aisa/ANZ growth plan
