We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally bringing experience from a local government environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Team Leader Talent Acquisition, this role will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on souring options.
Other key responsibilities include:Manage the relationships with the agencies for end-to-end recruitment processes for Senior Officer rolesManage day-to-day relationships with external platforms and providers to support recruitment activities.Build and maintain candidate pipelines by proactively engaging with talent and keeping databases and tracking tools up to dateTo view the Position Description, click here.About youTo be successful in this role you will have the following:A certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business management or similar discipline with significant experience in Recruitment in a local government environment.
