Bundaberg Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Nursing and Midwifery Education team as a Perioperative Clinical Coach.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting perioperative nurses through clinical education, mentoring, and skills development to enhance patient care and safety.Take a chance, progress your career and discover all that the Wide Bay has to offer.Your opportunity:Coach and actively guide and encourage nursing / midwifery staff towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.Develop, foster, and encourage a culture of learning through mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing / midwifery staff through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges.We encourage applications from First Nations nurses and midwives in line with Health Equity, Growing Deadly Families, and Hospital and Health Plan Strategies.Find out more in the Role Description.Our offer:You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $111,037 p.a., comprising salary rates $54.45 - $58.30 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 64 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
