Permanent Part-Time | 4 days per fortnight

Shifts: 8am–4pm or 6am–2pm

Saturday: $85.29–$85.42/hr | Sunday: $99.51–$99.66/hr

We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Clinical Nurses to join our team at Palm Lake Care Bargara, one of the largest and most respected aged care facilities in the Bundaberg region.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
  • Mentor your team and support learning every day
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, GPs, and colleagues
  • Assist new staff with their onboarding and provide guidance & support to our staff over the weekends
  • Oversee clinical compliance and care quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
  • 3+ years in a senior aged care and/or clinical role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Autumn Care experience a plus
  • Willing to complete a police check and pre-employment medical
