Operating in the automated environment of our Dulux Merrifield site in Northern Melbourne, this is a great opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Leader and implement best practice maintenance processes to ensure our site performs at its optimum.

We're looking for a Maintenance Leader who is passionate about leading a team of maintenance professionals to improve results. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead an established team of maintenance fitters and electricians
- Continuously improve the preventative maintenance schedule across our highly automated site
- Identify learning opportunities within the team and rolling out relevant training
- Maintain our excellent reputation for safety
- Ensure consistent behaviours on scheduled PM's in order to reduce breakdown frequency and improve plant reliability

S**kills & Experience**
- Trade qualification in either a mechanical or electrical field or a degree qualified engineer
- Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Advanced knowledge and prior use of maintenance planning software such as MEX, Maximo, SAP
- A preventative maintenance mindset
- The ability to seek out improvements in maintenance strategy
