**About the role**:
Our Head Office in Braeside/Melbourne is currently looking for a vibrant powerhouse to step into this newly constructed Studio & Training Specialist opportunity and flourish.

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, this role involves:

- Assisting Metricon Interior Design Consultants with their clients during colour selection appointments and providing advice on the best stair and upgrade options.
- Ongoing training of current and new major volume home builder studio staff on S&A Stairs' systems.
- Preparation of all relevant paperwork for every staircase consultation, including the generation of quotes and required sign off with clients.
- Timely communication with clients regarding potential issues or delays to quotes.
- Identifying new sales opportunities with all customers.
- Liaising with Metricon's Sales team to address customer requirements and feedback.
- Quarterly travel between Major Builders as the role grows, including interstate travel to deliver new and existing systems training.

**What you'll need**:

- A thorough understanding/background in the building industry (experience with Volume Builders highly ideal)
- An enthusiastic attitude and drive to grow the role
- Great communication with team members as well as the ability to work autonomously
- High level of computer proficiency
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Experience with project management tool ASANA (desirable)
