The Data Platforms Engagement Lead is responsible for engaging with key business stakeholders to identify and shape ideas and opportunities which the Data Platforms team may be able to assist with. For ideas which are taken

forward to delivery, the Engagement Lead will guide the project through to successful delivery and execution.

What you'll be doing:

- Work with key business stakeholders to identify and prioritise projects
- Conduct ideation sessions for a use case to define and scope the work
- Work with Business SMEs to define and document key business requirements to support commencement of delivery
- Document the key business benefits and value in the Lean Canvas / Business Case
- Formulate a plan for delivery with the key technical resources
- Conduct sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, run daily stand ups, remove blockers for delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and other delivery teams - providing transparency of delivery status
- Liaise with business stakeholders post-implementation to ensure the delivery product is fit for purpose and being utilised
- Assist with some data analysis and testing to support the delivery teams as needed

About You

What you'll bring to the table:

- Experience operating in a data/analytics role or leading data delivery teams
- Experience leading delivery teams and/or projects
- Good understanding of cloud data platforms ideally in the Azure / Microsoft stack
- Good understanding of data and analytics concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, internal stakeholder management skills with high quality written and verbal communication
- Able to deal effectively with ambiguity in relation to translating business or technical requirements
- Able to work through competing priorities and managing project delivery scope
- Strong organisational and self-management skills including the ability to quickly adjust work cycles to accommodate emerging priorities
- Stakeholder relationship development experience, with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Technical hands-on experience with SQL or Power BI are desirable
