**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
**Hybrid role, working in office in Canberra 1 day per week.**
The duties of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the two General Managers, including work schedules and all aspects associated with it, prioritising the Executive's time and drawing attention to matters of priority.
- Managing all correspondence in and out of the office, including prioritising and monitoring of correspondence to ensure that it is managed appropriately, and deadlines are met.
- Working collaboratively as a key member of the Executive Support Team and in partnership across business areas to assist with the management and operations of the organisation.
- Acting as a first point of contact and providing a high level of service to external parties.
- Coordinating meetings with staff and stakeholders and ensuring the Executive has all required information for meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Executives.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of Executive travel and credit card accounts and related cost centres.
- Supporting the Executive Support Team with reports, submissions and briefs.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Demonstrate the ability to provide executive and administrative support to senior executives in the public or private sector.
- Experience in successfully managing competing workloads to a high standard.
- Proven ability to work independently, or under limited guidance, and exercise judgement to make decisions (in consultation as required) with integrity, initiative, drive and adaptability.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, representational and negotiation skills with staff and stakeholders.
