**The key duties of the position include**:

- Manage expenditure, analyse and report on financial information for the Division for presentation to the Executive.
- Assist in procurement and contract management activities for the Division, including the procurement of external legal services and associated billing processes.
- Reconcile invoices and expense claims for appropriate delegation, initiating investigation where necessary.
- Assist with processing internal reviews of decisions and backfill the Decision Review Officer when required.
- Assist in the management and support of administrative functions for the Division including human resources and information technology.
