The Role
Pursuit Delivery, Land, Sea and Air – develop and execute pursuit campaigns; Establish and lead campaigns, ensuring that complete integrated sales team are established; ensure that the full Defence enterprise is properly leveraged for the campaigns; support the sales campaign teams Broader team duties may include;

  • Support the Australian Defence Strategic Sales Office (ADSSO) in the development, implementation and evaluation of communications and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning of strategic events, trade exhibitions that promote Australian defence exports.
  • Maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders and external industry representatives.
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Understanding of strategic communications and government marketing practices
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the ADSSO's objectives to promote Australian defence capabilities internationally.
  • Other duties as required
About our Team
The APS 5 will provide a critical support role in establishing the strategic direction and operational delivery of the Australian Defence Strategic Sales Office (ADSSO). The ADSSO is a strategic priority for Department of Defence enabling a stronger and more resilient Australian defence industry. These positions will support the ADSSO across policy, market intelligence, market awareness and domain specific (land, sea and air) sales campaigns activities.
