**The Role**

Within the groups in house manufacturing business, there is now the requirement for a
** Quality Manager** to oversee all quality aspects for both animal and human health, pharmaceutical products at the facility.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be leading a small team to oversee all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure processes followed and products supplied are of the highest standard, meeting technical requirements and specifications. This includes leading the TGA certification of the recently developed manufacturing plant, built to the highest standard, for human pharmaceutical products.

Your responsibilities include:

- Compliance and licensing
- Quality system management
- Training and development
- Continuous improvement and OHS

**The Person**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience operating in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment specialising in quality systems
- Familiarity with APVMA and ideally additionally TGA guidelines and legislation
- Full understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Leadership skills to guide a small team
- Tertiary qualifications in chemistry, microbiology or vet science
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
