WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**About the Team**

Located at the MILVECHOE facility in Redbank in Ipswich, the quality team is responsible for product verification and handover to the customer.

**About the Role**

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing RDA's quality control system and processes to ensure that all products meet established quality standards, customer specifications and relevant industry regulations to ensure acceptance by the customer.

As the Quality Control Manager, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Leading and developing the QC team;
- Lead problem solving and improvement initiatives; and
- Collaborating cross-functionally to uphold the highest quality levels.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- A minimum 5 years' experience leading Quality teams, delivering complex systems in a highly regulated industry e.g. Defence, automotive or aviation;
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and Quality;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
