Job Description :
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Review Team, based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
Be part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
Use a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
Participate regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.

Qualifications & Experience :
To succeed in this role, you must have :
Social Work England registration
Eligibility to work in the UK
A full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
A degree in Social Work or equivalent
