Adult Social Work Review Team Member
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Review Team in Knowsley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews, using a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
- Participate regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
- Foster person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Post-qualified experience.
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent.
