Job Role

Liquid Personnel is seeking a qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Review Team, based in Victoria.

  • Contribute to a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
  • Utilize a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
  • Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
  • Participate regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
  • Foster person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Social Work registration.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Post-qualified experience.
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Adult Review Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
  • Assessing ongoing needs and outcomes using a strengths-based approach.
  • Carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
  • Participating regularly in duty rota responsibilities.
  • Ensuring person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.
