WE ARE SEEKING APPLICATIONS FOR A GARDEN AND MAINTENANCE WORKER FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES IN MEDOWIE AND NEWCASTLE.

This position is for 30 hours per week, over 4 days.

Work car and tools provided.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises
- Performing inventory on supplies
- Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organised
- Making and installing new furniture or equipment
- Conducting annual Test and Tag
- Performing general maintenance tasks for the buildings, such as window washing, drywall repairs, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and more
- Performing basic gardening tasks including mowing and whipper snipping.
- Responding to and completing maintenance requests.

Trade certificate preferred but not essential.
