Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Professional

This role is a supportive position for lawn care, gardening and grounds maintenance at our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain lawns, gardens and grounds for residential and commercial sites.
- Foster a positive team environment and support Team Leaders in achieving their goals.
- Assist in building skills and helping supported employees achieve their employment objectives.
- Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
- Bring a positive attitude to every job assignment.
- A background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
- Familiarity with operating equipment, training will be provided if needed.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
- A valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
- Confidence in towing a trailer.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check are required.
