**About the role**
APCO is recruiting for a highly organised and process-driven individual to join the Australian New Zealand and Pacific Islands Plastics Pact (ANZPAC) Program team as a Project Administrator. This role will be crucial in providing much-needed support and coordination to the team as they continue to grow the program with a specific focus on educating industries and consumers.

From time to time you will also assist with other programs and projects within APCO, such as providing administrative support to the Australian Recycling Label (ARL) program.

APCO supports the learning and development of their staff, graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Support the administration and internal coordination of the ANZPAC Program
- Engage with stakeholders and communities in different regions and understand their different needs and circumstances
- Assist in the development of training and education for the ANZPAC program, including formatting and proofreading documents and ensuring websites are up to date
- Administer the coordination of meetings including minute taking and organising pre-meeting information packs
- Maintain the projects database, monitoring project progress, and ensuring accurate file management

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous experience in an admin/ office based role
- Passion for sustainability/environment/ plastics
- High-level organisation and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to build relationships and share ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft office, word and Excel
