**Job tasks & responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Manage overall performance of a 3PL contract
- Assist the Project Management team with customer implementation
- Manage Weekly & Monthly Operational reviews including KPIs
- Assist with QBRs
- Review operational performance with key suppliers
- Manage a team of white & blue collars workers, setting the standards for all required tasks

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract & Operations Management
- Experience managing a team within a similar environment/industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
