Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for contract management and operational excellence? ARA Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our electronic security contracts across Australia.

About the Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our contractual relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. You will ensure compliance, drive performance, and support the successful delivery of capital works and corrective maintenance programs. This role will be dedicated to our Telstra Account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract governance and ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Coordinate national work trackers with state operations teams.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance of client documentation.
  • Attend and contribute to regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide contract analysis and strategic advice to the business.
  • Monitor and advise on compliance and contract revisions.
  • Support WHS and Quality Assurance standards across all activities.
  • Any other tasks as required by Manager

What We are Looking For

  • Proven experience in electronic security operations or contract management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
