**Lancemore Crossley St Hotel **is located at the top-end of Little Bourke St and is a one-of-a-kind theatre-inspired, design-lead Hotel in the heart of the Theatre District. The Hotel is ideally located to capture guests from the rebounding corporate precinct which surrounds us, whilst also maintaining its reputation as a place to stay when experiencing the arts, entertainment and restaurant culture that Melbourne is famous for. The Hotel comprises of 113 rooms that have been inspired by our surrounds, a stunning rooftop terrace and an inviting lobby bar. Check us out.

- Have exceptional commercial skills and proven results in both top line revenue and cost control
- Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management
- Drive exceptional customer satisfaction in a boutique setting
- Drive exceptional employee engagement and retention
- Build your leaders through a combination of hands-on management, coaching and mentoring
- Have significant experience in managing multiple properties
- Have strong rooms and food and beverage skills
- Have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered
- Have a vehicle to visit the other Hotels in this portfolio
