**The Role**
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Area Manager role will be people-oriented, with a focus on coaching and supporting to ensure team and customer engagement. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of operational standard within the restaurants, whilst improving business performance and efficiencies through influential leadership.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager/Manager with On or Above Target
results.
- Self-motivated individual with initiative and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent.
- Demonstrated impact beyond own area/responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and engage key relationships both
internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, problem solve, make sound decisions under
pressure and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- A strong knowledge of multi-site operations and customer service.
- Sound financial capabilities within all areas of restaurant profitability.
- Track record in aligning and developing engaged, motivated and empowered teams that are
customer focused.
- Track record in achieving KPIs, particularly sales and profit essential.
- Vehicle and current driver's license.

The Following skills are desirable, but not essential:

- Tertiary qualification in business discipline.
- Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
- Learning and Development experience.
- Balanced scorecard environment or equivalent.
