We're seeking an Area General Manager to oversee a stylish CBD property in Melbourne and two charming country retreats in Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive operational excellence while developing talented teams across three unique properties.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Proven experience as a General Manager or Area Manager in boutique hotels.**:

- **Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams.**:

- **Exceptional communication skills to engage with staff, guests, and stakeholders.**:

- **Solid financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding budget goals.**:

- **Passion for developing talent and nurturing future hospitality leaders.**

**What We Offer**:
Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000.
