**Office/Service Support**

An opportunity currently exists for an Office/Service Support individual to join our small passionate team located in Hornsby on Upper North Shore. Avenir Future Design manufactures quality bathroom accessories and heated towel rails, located in fresh and clean premises in Hornsby on the Upper North Shore.

The successful applicant must be fluent in English and possess excellent telephone and communication skills. Computer literacy skills are essential for this role.

**Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Customer service via telephone communication
- Preparing sales orders & invoices
- Production & delivery scheduling
- Stock recording
- General admin & office tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Proactive attitude and willing to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Australian and New Zealand Citizens and permanent residents only.

**Salary**

Commensurate with experience
