We are seeking to appoint an experienced Mental Health Manager to join the Community Health & Wellbeing team based at Daylesford Health. Applications will be considered from those who possess a tertiary qualification in psychology, counselling, psychiatric nursing or social work with demonstrated experience in leadership to embed evidence-based, recovery-focused and person-centered practice as the foundation of clinical care.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Community Health & Wellbeing, you will provide leadership and support to the Mental Wellbeing Team comprising Alcohol & Other Drug, Psychology, Social Work and Welfare, managing staff, external relationships specific to funded programs along with development and maintenance of community partnerships.

Permanent position - part-time to full-time (hours to be negotiated)
**Salary**: As per EBA, dependent on experience+ 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
