Right at Home Sydney, The Hills have several opportunities available in **WESTERN** **SYDNEY** for Community Support Workers within our rapidly growing home care organisation.

We have clients needing care workers in Western Sydney areas such as**:_BLACKTOWN, WINDSOR, PITT TOWN, RIVERSTONE, MARSDEN PARK, ST MARYS, RICHMOND, MT DRUITT._**

Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.
- This includes paid km's from client to client._

Right at Home Sydney, The Hills has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualised approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation.

The Personal Care Worker position involves showering clients, dressing, domestic assistance, social support, client transport and meal preparation shifts.

**Shift hours will vary depending on your availability**

We are looking for experienced care workers that have:

- Ability to provide personal care/domestic care, transportation to shopping and Doctors appointment
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
- Experience in looking after elderly people

**Qualification**

First aid/ CPR certification

MUST have a Certificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability or homecare.

**Preferred skills**

Essential Requirements
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- Smartphone
- Driver's licence and their own car with comprehensive insurance
