**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

We have several opportunities available in Western Sydney areas such as Blacktown, Windsor, Pitt Town, Riverstone, Marsden Park, St Marys, Richmond, Mt Druitt. Our clients require care workers for personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and demonstrate a high level of time management and organisational ability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients
  • Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments
  • Assist with meal preparation and other daily tasks
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements:**

  • A certificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability or homecare
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience working with elderly individuals
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
