Job Title: Support Worker in North Western Sydney

We are seeking a Support Worker to assist with supporting a client with complex care needs for 3 hours each day a few times a week.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion to work alongside participants/the elderly and make a positive lasting difference in their lives. They will also possess professional or lived experience of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors, as well as excellent communication skills and a commitment to person-centred focus.

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, and mobility
  • Assisting clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and light administrative duties
  • Providing support for social engagement, activities, and attending appointments
Requirements

The successful candidate will require:

  • A qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field (preferred)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination
Benefits

This is a casual role with a competitive hourly rate of $28-$35 per hour. Overtime pay and penalty rates apply.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, morning shift.

The location is In-person.
