About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker/Carer to join our team in Western Sydney. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will provide support and care to individuals living with autism and their families.

You will be responsible for providing personal care, hygiene assistance, domestic help, meal preparation, and social activities. You will also assist clients in accessing community resources and developing programs that promote their well-being.

Your role will involve working collaboratively with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will adapt your service delivery to meet the needs of each participant and follow their support plan.
