**Receiving Team Lead** that will spearhead those values.

As the
**Receiving Team Lead**, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the activities of their receiving department. Your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of 4-5 employees, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt of goods, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of 4-5 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the logistics, inspecting shipments, RF scanning, stock checks and cycle counts
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of received goods, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory control, and quality control processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to receiving operations.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is an asset.
