**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for dynamic **Accounts Receivable Team Leader **to join our **Carole Park **team.** **In this role you will be responsible for managing a Credit Collections Team, whilst continually reviewing, developing, and improving processes and procedures, and meeting reporting deadlines in compliance with our business requirements.

This is initially a 12-month contract position, and is a great opportunity for you to join an iconic Wesfarmers business and start your long term career with us.

What your new role entails:

- Lead and coach a Collections team to achieve timely payments on outstanding invoices to reduce Aged Debt
- Understand the organisational flow of the Credit team and cross team collaboration
- Approval workflow relevant to delegation of authority
- Proactively deploy/redeploy resources as appropriate to achieve the daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities, gain any required approval, and implement the process
- Lead and drive the timely identification, escalation, and assistance in resolving invoice queries and disputes

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in a large organisation as a Credit / Collections or Accounts Receivable role
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and develop a medium to large team
- Intermediate ability in Excel is favourable
- Ability to successfully maintain key credit / collection KPIs - debtor days, aged debt, and collection targets
- High level of time management and organisation skills, with the ability to establish, priorities and work in a demanding environment
