We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Team Leader to join our dynamic organization.

As a key member of our Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve timely payments on outstanding invoices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a supportive and experienced team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a medium to large Collections team to achieve timely payments
  • Understand organizational flow and cross-team collaboration
  • Approval workflow relevant to delegation of authority
  • Deploy resources to achieve targets and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Lead timely identification, escalation, and assistance in resolving invoice queries and disputes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a large organization as a Credit/Collections or Accounts Receivable role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and develop a medium to large team
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to maintain key credit/collection KPIs: debtor days, aged debt, and collection targets
  • High level of time management and organization skills
