We are seeking a talented Recipe Developer to join our team.
Job Description
The role of Junior Recipe Developer is pivotal in elevating our recipe offering by creating, testing, and refining high-performing meals for our customers. Key responsibilities include developing recipes that balance flavor, cost, complexity, and customer satisfaction while working in a collaborative environment.
Create simple yet delicious recipes
Test and refine recipes to ensure quality
Work within established parameters (e.g., ingredient cost, seasonality) to deliver recipes aligned with our product roadmap
Participate in recipe tastings and provide feedback on recipe flavour, composition, and methods
Become an expert in customer preferences and flavour profiles, applying this knowledge when evaluating recipes
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in recipe development (meal kit, media, magazine, or test kitchen)
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field
Exceptional written skills for clear, concise recipe methods
