Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled recipe developer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our culinary development team, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and refining delicious meals that meet high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop recipes that meet business parameters, including cost, ingredient seasonality, and product requirements.
  • Test and refine recipes in our luxurious Test Kitchen, ensuring they meet quality expectations.
  • Gain expertise in customer preferences and flavour profiles, applying this knowledge when evaluating recipes.
  • Participate in creative sessions to identify new concepts, recipe ideas, and techniques for existing and new recipe development.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1–2 years' experience in recipe development (meal kit, media, magazine, or test kitchen).
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a food-related field.
  • Exceptional written skills for clear, concise recipe methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
