About the role
- In this role you will:

- Oversee the deployment and management of one-to-one customer journeys on the CRM platform, ensuring seamless execution from setup to deployment (eDM, SMS, web form and other one-to-one messaging) for events and participation campaigns.
- Conduct asset and customer journey testing for optimal performance and user experience
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, troubleshooting front end issues with internal stakeholders
- Assist business units with queries and guidance to enhance CRM usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to track campaign progress and ensure timely task completion, maintaining accurate project documentation
- Drive end-to-end implementation of CRM campaigns, from setup and design to deployment and optimisation
- Collaborate with the wider CRM team to achieve collective goals and enhance CRM capabilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer profiles using best practices to enhance CRM strategies and personalised engagement
- Develop clear asset briefs and utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

About you
- To be successful in this role you will:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in CRM coordination and project management
- Certification or Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms (highly regarded)
- Experience with working with Tech teams (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
