We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels at managing expectations, working with systems, and building collaborative relationships across the business.The Role :As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support the Supply Chain function across the ANZ market.
This role involves collaboration between the Customer Experience and Warehouse & Distribution teams as part of the wider Supply Chain team.
The goal is to develop a broad understanding of the Commercial Supply Chain and its relationships with both the Commercial Business and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities include :Performing tasks related to various Supply Chain areas, including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management, and learning Power BI tools.Collaborating with regional and global Supply Chain teams to ensure interfaces are well maintained and understanding the end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.Managing the full end-to-end process from order to delivery and achieving internal KPIs across Supply Chain functions.Managing phone and email correspondence with key customers.Ownership of Customer Service email inbox and inbound AU phone queue.Delivering optimized customer service, product availability, and cost to serve to respective commercial areas.Collaborating with external partners to monitor performance, improve, and drive service levels.Implementing continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.Working with sales colleagues to manage customer requirements.Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance to meet quality standards in ANZ Distribution networks.Assisting management with month, quarter, and year-end closure activities as needed.About you :This role is ideal for someone with a bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years' work experience in Supply Chain.
