">Director of Supply Chain

The Director of Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in Valvoline Global Operations, responsible for leading and directing the supply chain to achieve maximum revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Leadership: Provide clear strategic guidance to the Supply Chain team to enhance business efficiency.
  • Prioritizing activities: Improve efficiency and effectiveness of activities, projects, and issues across the Supply Chain.
  • Process Management: Continually review and consider improvements in the process for delivering customer service and achieving a lasting customer relationship.
  • Safety, Environmental and Compliance: Ensure compliance across the whole Supply Chain.
  • Financial Performance: Assist in achieving set financial targets for revenue, profitability, and managing costs within budget.
Requirements:
  • Relevant University or TAFE Education in Manufacturing/Operations Management.
  • Relevant Industry Certifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years Management experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years Logistics/Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in Purchasing, Planning, EHS, and ISO environments.
  • Forklift and High Hazard licenses.
