Senior Consultant / Manager / Associate Director

We are looking for new talent to join our team to drive complex supply chain transformation projects, ranging from network strategy, optimisation, program management, DC design to overall supply chain efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping our client's future supply chain networks while developing your own career, working alongside industry experts. Your Role & ResponsibilitiesImpactful Transformation Projects
  1. Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions, from distribution network optimisation to future-state design.
  2. Analyse and improve logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Utilise data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for clients.
Client & Project Management
  1. Deliver high-impact supply chain consultancy projects, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met.
  2. Partner closely with key client stakeholders, developing trusted, long-term relationships.
  3. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Business Growth & Thought Leadership
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by leveraging cross-functional internal relationships.
  2. Support the development of compelling proposals and bids for supply chain transformation projects.
  3. Contribute to thought leadership, industry insights, and innovative supply chain strategies.
  4. Develop and support the creation, standardization and continuous improvement of collateral, content and strategic models within TMX.
Team Leadership & Development
  1. Mentor and develop junior consultants & analysts, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  2. Support the recruitment and training of top supply chain talent.
  3. Drive inclusivity, well-being, and leadership excellence within TMX Transform.
  4. Champion our company values.
What You BringExperience & Expertise
  1. 5+ years of supply chain industry experience in consulting or within a client-side supply chain operation.
  2. Deep technical expertise in network strategy, supply chain transformation, DC design and automation or technical program management.
  3. Proven track record of driving and delivering large-scale supply chain projects.
  4. Strong understanding of financial modelling and business case development.
  5. Experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders across client, business, industry and executive levels to support driving successful project outcomes.
Skills & Tools
  1. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
