Our production facility supplies high quality products to our 14 stores across South East Qld & NSW and our friendly team have a reputation for excellent customer service.The RolesThe roles will involve working a range of shifts between Monday and Sunday and between the hours of (approx.) 05.00am and 18.30pm.
The role will involve opening/closing the shop, therefore your own transport will be essential.Beefy's team environment features:Friendly positive team environmentWell established systemsFull training providedA variety of duties including preparing food products, barista duties, providing excellent customer service, opening/closing, ensuring a hygienic, safe and clean storeEmployee Assistance ProgramTeam DiscountsAbout YouThe successful candidates will be friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude, a willingness to follow our proven procedures and an aptitude for providing excellent customer service.Duties will include:Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number one priorityEnsuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanlinessSeniors/ Managers:Management of stock including rotation, quality and minimising wastageImplementing operational policies and managing back office administrationMaintain knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food SafetyTraining, supervising, mentoring and coaching team membersPlanning and managing rosters (Managers)Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged and have fun
