Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
Remuneration package of $3,239.86 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,887.83 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

Key Responsibilities :
As the Resource Recovery Contract & Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible to :
Support and coordinate strategic deliverables in conjunction with management, guiding projects aligned with Council's strategic goals, supporting internal procedures, and tracking program delivery.
Provide project management administration support across GWMC, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Support research, analysis, statistical data, and data management activities for improved business outcomes.
Manage contractor administration, including overseeing Council's key contracts, preparing and delivering contract management plans, and supporting continuous improvement.
Lead and support the team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed, including contamination management, purchase orders, invoicing, correspondence, reporting, record keeping, and general admin tasks.
Support the GWMC team in utilising Council's systems for recording correspondence and documentation.
Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure high delivery standards.
Assist the Waste Education Officer with community education workshops and programs.
Provide clear advice to stakeholders on operational and administrative matters.
Engage with Council's Customer Service Team to ensure accurate waste service information is provided.
Support business and process improvements for GWMC and assist management as needed.
Develop written procedures and seek opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, systems, and operations.
Manage site software rights to ensure systems are current and relevant.
Oversee site floats, cash, and reconciliation processes.
Perform other duties as directed, relevant to skills and training.Essential Requirements :
The successful applicant will have :
Minimum Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
Current Class C Driver's Licence.
General Construction Induction Training Card.
Experience and skills in business administration, project management, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
Experience working independently and in teams.
