Paramount Pictures Australia (PP Australia) is responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of theatrical work produced by Paramount Pictures and other Paramount units and studios.

THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION BASED IN SYDNEY

**What you'll do as a National Marketing Coordinator**:
As the National Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible to provide a broad range of marketing and administrative support to assist in the implementation of strategic, impactful, and effective film marketing campaigns.

**Functions will also include**:

- Preparation of company presentations/film marketing decks for external and internal use (PowerPoint)
- Leading company wide brainstorms and ideation meetings for theatrical film releases
- Analysing and reporting on quantitative and qualitative audience research insights
- Calendar management, meeting bookings and event co-ordination for the marketing department
- Coordinating the design, production and delivery of marketing and in-theatre creative materials
- Assisting the Media/Digital, Publicity & Promotions teams with research, analysis and reporting as required
- Coordinating and assisting with screening programs including targeted word-of-mouth, reviewer/media screenings, promotional screenings, and industry/VIP screenings
- Assisting when required on the preparation and implementation for press junkets and film premieres locally, for both international and local talent tours
- Finance (SAP) management and support including purchase order entry, goods receipting for interstate agencies, and cross-department invoicing
- Proactively provide the Marketing Director with administrative support

What are we looking for in a National Marketing Coordinator? What's important?
- Experience in marketing with a basic understanding of general marketing principles
- Photoshop and/or InDesign experience
- Demonstrable qualitative and quantitative research and analytics experience
- Excellent administration skills and experience in office administration
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to use initiative and work with minimum guidance and direction
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic with a positive "can do" attitude
- High levels of integrity and honesty with a calm disposition and have sensitivity towards confidential information
