Marketing Leader Opportunity

About the Role:

This leadership position reports directly to the CEO, responsible for planning and executing global marketing strategy. Working alongside a marketing coordinator, you will be involved across all marketing facets, deciding what to delegate out and ensuring no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement national marketing strategies
  • Build and manage digital marketing assets
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Research customer and market trends
  • Design industry events
  • Manage a marketing coordinator, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar all-rounded marketing positions, with proven experience leading a small marketing team
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, business, marketing, or equivalent
  • Global marketing experience is highly desirable
  • A passion for learning about the construction and building industry
  • Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen)
