**About the role**:
Reporting to both the General Manager & National Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the marketing communications strategy for Drake Medox across Australia. This includes assistance with digital marketing with an extremely strong focus on Social Media, Communications, Campaign Management, Stakeholder Management and Event Coordination for Drake Medox.

You will also work closely with the GM and senior management teams on new initiatives to assist in the growth of the business.

Our offices are based in the CBD, with the opportunity for hybrid work.

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

- Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing initiatives for the Drake Medox brand
- The development and implementation of digital marketing plans, focusing on key components such as social media content creation and management for Drake Medox across multiple social channels
- Openly provide a point of contact and support to Drake Medox for all communications and event-related queries and marketing production support
- Proactively develop social media content to improve engagement of Drake Medox and our social media footprint
- Development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote Drake Medox job advertisements on social media (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Work closely with graphic design team to ensure all creative assets are produced to the highest standards and delivered in a timely manner
- Ability to adapt creative copywriting to connect with a range of different audiences
- Assistance with the coordination and administration of external agencies, internal consultants/ account managers and internal consulting team to ensure marketing or event programs are implemented effectively, to align with budget and project timelines
- Administration management and support of events for national conferences and exhibits
- Planning & collaboration of new promotional products with the wider team

Required skills and experience:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing, Communications
- 3+ years' experience in marketing campaigns or marketing support
- Website management experience (content and maintenance)
- Strong capabilities around social media and digital marketing
- Project management and administration skills
- Campaign development and execution
- Media planning
- Experience on the healthcare and disability sector is a plus
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Adobe Creative suite

Preferred and highly favourable skills and experience:

- Adobe Creative Suite
- CMS software (Umbraco)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
