Going from strength to strength, **Repco** is poised for continued growth and success. To support this exciting phase, we're looking to appoint a permanent full time **Workshop Equipment Sales Specialist**.
This role would suit a motor mechanic, tyre fitter, or workshop equipment expert looking to get off the tools and move into an advising role, providing guidance to customers, doing demonstrations, all the while increasing sales (we can teach you the sales techniques you need to be successful).
**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Workshop equipment sales
- Customer follow ups
- Workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- After-sales equipment training
- Travel around Tasmania
**Factors that will make you successful in this role**:
- Proactive and driven outlook
- Solid mechanical background & passion for the automotive industry
- Enjoy working as a team, but can work autonomously
- Comfort communicating in both a technical and non-technical manner
- Strong relationship building skills
- Prepared to be hands on
- An organised approach to managing a busy diary
