**About the role and team**

Our Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence manage digital online performance and deliver market leading solutions to drive significant customer growth, revenue, and enhance experiences online that acknowledge customer's choice and are relevant to their diverse and evolving needs.

Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.

Collaborating cross functionally to ensure that campaign briefs and processes are aligned to the overall customer contact strategy. Working closely with various business stakeholders, you will deliver expert knowledge and solutions in an omni-channel environment, which achieve customer loyalty, retention, and acquisition across the everyday banking portfolio of products.

Ideally, this role will be based in one of our office locations in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Bendigo. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days per week based in the office.

As the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll get to:

- Leverage data to effectively design and deliver campaigns
- Challenge the way we design 'always on' campaign builds to maximise efficiency
- Lead campaign execution across digital marketing platforms
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide best practice recommendations for campaign delivery
- Practice robust quality assurance methodologies in line with the agreed build and execution framework
- Leverage knowledge and insights to identify and drive Marketing engagement opportunities
- Build content that aligns to style guidelines, digital standards and tone of voice
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity for customers across digital channels

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

- Experience with Unica Suite (v10.1 or greater) is preferred however experience in other Marketing Technology platforms such as: Adobe Campaign, Pega, SAS360 is desirable
- Strong SQL or Database skills
- Good understanding of relational database structures is desirable
- Demonstrated experience delivering, monitoring, and evaluating digital communications plan/campaign with web, social, and other digital reporting
- A proven record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaigns/solutions
- Understanding of development standards and HTML
- Experience working in a team utilising an Agile and/or waterfall development methodologies is desirable
